H&H Community Yoga Class

We are hosting another charity yoga event this month, led by our very own Kaitie Bowen! No experience necessary, but we ask that you bring your own mat.

The class will include grounding stretch, flow, and breath - full of accessible options and led with a therapeutic approach.

Our intention is to spend time in community, make meaningful connections, and prioritize YOU! We hope you'll join us.

This month, your ticket donation of $10 will go to the Parkinson Society BC.
