If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

In-store Returns

You have 14 calendar days for in-store credit or exchange on all products except for any consignment pieces. A receipt must be provided when you are exchanging or returning your item.

If the product you purchased is defected or breaks within the 14 days, we are happy to fix, replace or return your purchase for a full refund. This does not apply to consignment items.

Online Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to include the proof or purchase, and receipt generated for you by Hunter & Hare clothing corporation, or hunterandhare.com.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Be sure that items are in original condition, it is not the responsibility of hunterandhare.com or Hunter & Hare Clothing Corporation if your items are returned to us, and arrive broken or damaged, as you are liable to send the items back in the condition they were sent to you.

Please note that any consignment items are sold as is and are a final sale, meaning no refunds or exchanges on any consigned good of any kind.
